Group and private courses

Live classes are usually offered in two formats, but in some circumstances can be tailored to individual needs.

Group: 2 x 6 hourly sessions held in person at a community venue, usually on weekends. Located Kilmore and Mickleham, Victoria. 

Private: 4 x 3 hourly sessions in your home.

The Positive Birth Program includes a total of 12 hours of face to face tuition for the birthing mother and birth partner, your booklet for class, plus individual access to extensive online resources including practice albums (hypnosis mp3 tracks & scripts), music, video links, pdf downloads and eBook. You also have ongoing support from your practitioners!
