Online Self Paced

The Hypnobirthing Australia online course is tried and tested by many parents both locally and overseas, so if you are unable to attend classes in person, this is the next best thing!

The online course includes access to the Hypnobubs course to complete in your own time. The pre recorded video classes are comprehensive, easy to follow, and can be accessed anywhere you have wifi, even via your mobile phone.

Access is provided to some of the additional Hypnobirthing Australia resources such as mp3 hypnosis tracks and eBook.

There is also an option with this format, to book an additional 90minute or 3hour private session with us, your practitioners. This can help families to consolidate their knowledge and ask questions about the content, plus get access to some practical learning that cannot be achieved from the online course alone.
